"I made the hotel reservation using Chase card rewards. When I arrived and checked into the hotel, I noticed an old smell in both the hallway and my room. When I looked for a bottle of water to drink, there wasn't one, so I asked the front desk. They told me they don't provide water to those who book through 3rd parties. I was a bit upset, considering I paid almost $200 for the room and they didn't even provide water. The next morning, when I went down for breakfast, they told me that breakfast wasn't included for my room. I recalled seeing 'breakfast included' when I made the reservation on the site, but they insisted it wasn't in their system. They suggested I check the confirmation email. Upon doing so, there was no mention of breakfast in the fine print, and I couldn't find any details about it elsewhere after the reservation was made. Frustrated, I checked the site when I got home, and indeed 'breakfast included' was mentioned for every room. I don't ever want to stay there again."

"Hotel was very nice and clean. However, our room was on the side of the building near swimming pool/firepit. People were hanging around firepit talking loudly until at least 3 am. As a result, we got very little sleep."
