"Stayed at the Fairfield for a week over the Christams holidays. It's an awsome hotel for the value of money, customer service is top notch ! Very helpful and friendly staff, they addressed any concerns I had in a timely manner and with a great attitude. Hotel location was perfectly close to many plazas yet in a quiet spot away from the crazy traffic of the city. Definitely recommend !"

"We had 3 rooms at this hotel, family came in for a funeral. We all were more than pleased with the service and the hotel staff. Our rooms were clean, requests were met timely, and the front desk staff was more than accommodating. The Mgr at the front desk was especially helpful in locating a few items we left at the hotel (including my favorite blanket!) - and kept them until we returned to get them. Altho this is a little further out than where I would normally stay, the accommodations and the Mgr. made this my choice hotel for my visits to New York. I would recommend this hotel if you need a clean and secure location."

"We really enjoyed our stay here this 7/29 weekend. The people who keep this place in order are top notch. The hotel was an overall great value. Mother said the shower floor was slippery and I have to agree. But! We were really impressed with the coffee/snack station and the extremely friendly staff. Hope to return next year."

"Now this hotel was down right top notch. Complimentary dinner and beer. And complimentary hot breakfast. The shower was amazing with great water pressure and hot water. The beds are extremely comfortable and the service is absolutely amazing. This place is always amazing and worth the stay."

"I recently stayed on the first floor and i was rather disappointed. I was not greeted when i came in and when the older woman that checked me in came out of some type of backroom she was still talking on the phone with headphones on, she was very dull and seemed like she did not want to be there. I was not offered a water bottle upon check in like i always do at other locations. I was there for a quick trip, although it seemed like i was there forever. When i walked in, as soon as i opened the door, the smell of something rotten hit me. There was hair under the sink with mildew all over the shower, footprints on the floor as well as dried soap in the corner.. no coffee in the room and the towels were a mess. Luckily, there was fresh coffee in the lobby, although i did notice there was no liquid sugar, there was a variety of other sugars. The icing on the cake was when i opened the fridge to discover someones half eaten food in there. Not sure if thats what the smell was since i instantly shut the door. Very disappointed with the trip.. i usually stick with Marriott's but this stay is making me reconsider. Left early in the morning and was there for about 5 minutes and nobody came out so i could let them know about all the issues i encountered.. Even after i called out to see if someone was in that back room, nobody came out."
