"I recently moved into a one-bedroom (9 months ago) apartment and I’m really enjoying it so far. The apartment is spacious and well-lit, with plenty of natural light coming in through the windows. The living room is cozy and comfortable, with wall-to-wall carpeting that adds a touch of warmth to the space. The bathroom is bright and airy, thanks to the skylight window that lets in plenty of sunshine. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, with all the appliances I need to cook my meals. I also appreciate the convenience of having my own garage, which provides secure and easy parking. The apartment also comes with a full-size washer and dryer, which is a huge plus. The building itself is well-maintained and secure, with a friendly and helpful staff that is always available to assist with any issues that may arise. Overall, I’m very happy with my new apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live. "The constant stream of 'reminders' now being sent to tenants about common-sense expectations for community behavior speaks to the caliber of neighbors you'd be living beside. Again, not what I experienced when I first moved here 4 years ago. Not happy with management prices for old not a remodel apt more the model apt , trash always full And large rates over it at night, glass and nails around the trash , manager don’t call back ."

"I've been a resident since 2017, when it was owned by a different property Management company. The current property management that has taken over in 2022 is way better. The maintenance staff comes when you need them and actually fix the problem instead of temp fixing it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the 3rd party answering service never does it's job. The property manager Erica is amazing and always proactive"
