Ryan's Run West 55 East Kings Highway, Maple Shade, NJ 08052

"I've lived for around 3 years and has been a very nice apartment complex. Management and maintenance both respond very quickly when I've asked questions or requested services. Management ensures the surroundings are well maintained. I've seen workers frequently mowing the lawn, preparing the roads and parking lot for snow during winter time and providing other services. From the outside, the apartment entrances might look a bit old but the inside of the apartments is super comfortable, very spacious bed room, living room and other areas. The walls are a bit thin, so it's possible to hear some noises from other apartments (especially if they're loud) but it doesn't happen all the time. Most importantly, Ryan's Run is super close to a lot of places, like the Moorestown Mall (Route 38, about 3 mins), Cherry Hill Mall (Route 38 about 6 mins), Route 41, 73 and 70. Close to 295 and NJ Turnpike as well. Overall, the place is super nice, well maintained and close to a lot of places."

"I spoke with a leasing agent named Sabina and inquired about a 2 bedroom. She asked " when were you looking to move?". I told her late July or mid August if possible. In an off putting way she responds, I don't think that's possible we won't have anything until September. When I told her the Ryan's Run site shows 2 ,2 bedroom units would be available 8/17 & 8/27; she puts me on hold to check and I was right. I submit my application, and was denied because my Experian score showed 573. No follow up call etc. I'm confused about how Sabina came to that number because a mortgage specialist told me my score was 658. I chose not to buy a home this year because its a sellers market. And, next year will be a better time. Sabina speaks in a curt and unpleasant tone. Everything happens for a reason and I'm glad I won't have to interact with her again. Nor will I refer anyone with 700 or better score there. She needs to be retrained or not be on the phone at all."

"Loved the place when i moved in, but this is probably the 4-5th time the water has been shut off, or the hot water has been shut off. It was fine the first couple of times, because we were warned and told a time that the water would be working again. However, out of the 4-5 times, once we were not told that it would be shut off, and this is the second time that the water wasnt up nd running until VERY late at night, or not at all in the time span given. They dont send out emails to let us know if the time would be extended ,or when it would be turned back on. Mind you, i've been here for less than a year and a half. Shutters and blinds are NOT a given when you move in either. I referred someone, and they had blinds, but only in their bedroom. They also received a care package when they moved in, and we didnt receive that either. Theres rarely any parking near my apartment, which makes it hard for bringing in groceries. I think the only helpful person around here is Sabina, she's very pleasent, and easy to talk to. The place is very quiet, and near a lot of places for shopping and groceries.."

"My boyfriend and I were very interested in moving here. It was the perfect location for both of us and seemed very clean on the outside. However we will not be considering this apartment complex because of awful customer service. We went to the sample suite to get information about the apartment. When arriving at the complex we interrupted the older women who I presume is the leasing agent (she didn't give us her name) in the sample suite on her phone. She must have been in a very important conversation because right off the bat she seemed very annoyed, like how dare we walk into this sample suite and interrupt her call to get information about the apartment. The first thing I asked was "Could I use the bathroom" she replied "Well actually that is not a public restroom." Right off the bat I felt unwelcome how can you have an office and not have a public restroom!! Then as we walked around I casually asked if there were any discounts for federal employees (since some apartments we have visited offer some sort of deal) she replied "Why would we need any discounts at full occupancy." Her tone and attitude was enough to send we over the edge. My boyfriend and I felt completely unimportant to her and not worth her time. A first impression is everything!! If this is how her attitude was before even giving her money I can't imagine how she treat tenants after she locks them in."

"Currently living here and absolutely love it. The property manager is fantastic and the neighbors are a mixture of older and younger. They have a free pool and gym for their residents. Maintenance is fantasic and is quick to solve problems."
