The Management Office Manager, Melissa Mann is the most gracious Manager we've ever had. She promptly sends the maintenance guys to all our request, the guys are very professional. "Would give no stars if I could. My boyfriend and I were supposed to rent an apartment here took a tour of the one bedroom (which they have a floor plan available on their website, this is the only one bedroom floor plan available) we put down a 250 dollar holding fee which was refundable within 3 days of viewing apartment or applied to first months rent. They gave us a date of move in called us about a week before and said the tenants are not moving out anymore but they had the same apartment available the same week. They would not allow us to see the apartment until it was fully cleaned so we didn't get to see the apartment until 3 weeks later. We finally get to take the tour 2 days before we were supposed to move in and it is not the right apartment, everything was different from the kitchen to bedroom. This was not a case of "mirrored apartments" either it was a COMPLETE DIFFERENT APARTMENT. The woman even tried to argue with me saying it was the same one. So we lost a 250 dollars for them holding the wrong apartment for us."
