"I’ve been here a couple years and it’s a decent place to live. The neighborhood is well lit and safe. Maintenance doesn’t maintain the washers/dryers, it’s a 3rd party service called Caleco that takes a while to fix things and expects residents to report problems with their machines. You also have to setup an account with them on an app and it costs $1.75 per machine, per use. To pay rent, you can only pay by check. There is NO online payment method. This isn’t that big of an issue but I wanted to give any possible new residents the heads up. Today I am really frustrated because I wake up to an employee banging on my door and ringing my door bell. This is in the afternoon and we all work different schedules so that should be respected at your place of residence. Then they call me asking me to move my car and act like it’s a surprise when I’m pissed off. Also they will threaten you to tow your car and charge you for it, if you don’t move it when there’s snow but then don’t provide you with a time frame of when you would need you to move your car. I realize it’s difficult to plow a lot with so many residents but what about the many cars that seem like they’re abandoned throughout the parking lot with no license plates, expired inspection stickers, or flat tires. Are you going to tow them away and charge the residents since obviously they aren’t going to move any time soon?"
"Would give zero star I could. Beyond what other reviewers have said. They tow residents cars in day broad-light while cars are on file. Reason no sticker issued by front office! Unfair treatment considering current cost of living. My advice before you tow residents cars just call them and remind them as you do for other things. People have jobs and families!"
"Worst place ever. I gave them money to hold an apartment and they gave it to someone and didn’t tell me till 4 days later then couldn’t even give me anything for the inconvenience . Plus the man on the office had no idea what he was doing didn’t even know why I gave him the money order didn’t know I had to sign it or nothing very clueless. They have great deal but poor communication skill. I also tried to get a different apartment and they told me a time and when I got there they were not even there the door was locked . It very disappointing."
"Update June 2022 New kitchen has been installed and hardwood floors have been installed. Update: 2021- 2022 I am still a resident and for the most part, I believe when you are an outstanding and consistent with residency you should be treated accordingly. So our Toilet overflowed out of our bathroom and onto our carpet, company came out and did some type of service but management though it was done in the order that it was not. The carpet has not been torn up and padding has not been ripped out, however management has decide to make a decision to replace the flooring to hard wood floors. Also this unit did not qualify for an upgrade, but again, management decided that we will get these modernized changed made to the unit. (Still waiting to get the process started, as I am a google guide, I will contribute to put my input in and keep you all posted on this process. Thank you Lori, (Manager) she's good at decision making. Heard the old management was pretty bad, but clearly I'm still here through COVID Times and they put in the work! I will post pictures upon completion, stay tuned in. I have been here for 3 years and I must say the management is at its best. Every 3 years the company re paints your unit, also you can receive extermination services every week if needed for basic spiders and crickets no major bug problems. Carpets are Shampooed by the company once a year. My unit came with a washer and dryer combo compact system, it went bad and it was replaced with a new machine within the next 2 days. Now considering no one is perfect, I purchased my very own refrigerator because the company does not provide you with brand new refrigerators only the ones that are refurbished or fixed. I love it here, you can utilize your patio area for a barbecue. Pool is available to you and a fitness facility. Nice staff, nice neighbors. One more thing, this is a pet friendly place you can bring your cat or dog to live as well, my daughter loves to enjoy the pet friendly environment. I give this place 5 STARS!!! One last thing, grounds are kept well and maintained as well as the dumpsters are always dumped and never over filled!!!"
"We lived here for a little over 3 years, and while the first two years were great.. we felt indifferent the last year and ultimately moved out because of it. To start with some positives, maintenance came out right away when called and appliances were replaced for us when defective. The area is great and is so close to so many highways, stores, and restaurants. Utilities are included which was a huge plus for us. We loved so many things about living here. We felt very different during our last year. I read the entire lease when signing initially, so I knew our rent can increase each year, but each year the increase grew higher than the previous year and each time came with a different reason on why with no clear explanation when I asked management. One year was based on “our utilities used” per our lease, and the other was now based on “the market”. (We kept all copies of our leases). The first increase was reasonable, the second increase wasn’t too far from the first year, but the last increase almost doubled from the previous year. Rent ended up becoming too expensive and couldn’t justify for a one bedroom apartment. Also, be weary about what management tells you about your lease. KEEP ALL COPIES for your records. I am so happy we did. Won’t go into details :) giving this 3 stars as we loved it here, but felt extremely indifferent our last year."
