"While reading these reviews and seeing the sickening comments by previous guest about the 'poor people" who stay here and management who don't take up for ALL their guest is also sickening yes these rooms aren't up to date yes there's problems but what gives another person the right to put other's down and yes I am one of those "poor people" if management is looking for a house keeper contact me am willing to work on the rooms cleanings things can't be fixed if there isn't people willing to put in the time and effort the ladies at the front office are great and work with you to make the stay better"

"From the second I opened the door to my Room, it was an instant No! Dirty, Definitely NOT what the pictures advertise. Had bugs on bed and corner of the room. When I told the front desk employee she asked me what room I was in and then looked at me and said I am so sorry, I was NOT supposed to have rented that room out. 0/10"

"So I’m in town on business, I made a reservation. 1:55pm to let the front desk attendant that I would be checking in late due to work. She said that’s fine and said she would write a not for the night attendant and all I had to do was call when I was there and give my id, fill out paperwork then I could check in. When I arrived, the person at the front left the desk, I called she said no check in after 11. I told her that I had spoken to someone earlier and she wrote a note. I asked to speak to the night attendant, she said that there is not night attendant and she was the cleaning lady. I said well when can you call so I can get my room that I already paid for. She said she wouldn’t help. I very sternly told her what the lady said again and then she turns around and say that she’s the night attendant but the day attendant didn’t leave her a note. So I called her out on her lie, then she got really upset and said that I was being rude. Then I told her no I’m calling you out on your lies. Long story short she hung up on me. I want a refund. But more importantly, I want this business to know that with all the bad reviews this place has from the service to that state of this hotel, you really need to be careful of the people you hire. Someone like her shouldn’t be working in customer service and can ruin a business. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN NEW JERSEY. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL."

"Floors were dirty, under bed had not been swept, empty bottles & trash in cabinets. Outlets didn't work, toilet didn't fully flush. Staff was uncooperative. Other "guests" were harrassing us. Do not recommend."

"Room was infested with roaches and mold in the bathroom. Changed rooms to have no light in the bathroom and horrible smell of marijuana. Ended up leaving and going to a completely different hotel."
