"I had the most wonderful experience working with Josette through the application process. She went above and beyond with all of the (many) questions that I had and helped me troubleshoot any issues that I had on my end. This was by far the most positive experience I've had working with a leasing office. I highly recommend Lincoln Square apartments! Thank you, Josette :)"
"I recently moved to Lincoln Square and I am very impressed with the amenities and activities hosted by the leasing office. This week I attended a complimentary Yoga class in the apartment's gym. I've never experienced such a great service from an apartment . The instructor, Odellya was amazing. I really enjoyed my Yoga experience- I hope we can have her back soon! I think It speaks volume that the leasing office chose such an enthusiastic instructor. These kind of activities make Lincoln Square feel like a community."
"As residents in Lincoln square, the free yoga class is bring me surprise . Let me feel its desire to be called“ luxury apartments “. The yoga teacher Odellya is a most patient and passionate yoga teacher I have met. I felt released and doing good during the class. It’s nice I can take a yoga class in our building. And met Odellya yoga teacher in the class."
"I have been living at Lincoln Square for almost 1.5 years. Pros: It is a nice place. The rooftop and the amenities are nice. I like some of the staff and the maintenance people have been very good. They keep your packages for you when you are away. Cons: Management is terrible. For the price you pay, I don't expect to have any problems. When I do, I expect the problems to be resolved right away. That being said, I have voiced out some concerns in the past about mice in the corridor, weed smell from the floor (it is a non-smoking building) but I never received any replies for my emails and I had to literally go to the office in person. I also have a resident neighbour who experienced something similar recently. Their whole apartment stink of weed which was coming from a vent or through the walls but management has been so terrible at dealing with the issue. For this reason alone, I might not renew my lease next year."
"I have lived her for a few months and it really feels like home. I live in a studio, but I get great light, functional kitchen and a wash and dryer in my unit. I have been able to get to know my neighbors (some are now friends), management has always been easy to contact and friendly. The two I have had the most interaction with is Josette and Nat’e who have just been extremely friendly, helpful, and patient with all the MANY questions I have had since moving in. Front desk has been amazing and easy to talk to as well. It is always great coming home to a friendly face at the front. I know it may not be the cheapest place to live, but for me it is worth it as it is super convenient for me and I love the area. I am close a Friends. I really don’t have issues with parking on the street And public transit is easy to get to as well."
