"The management of Indian Country oversteps their authority along with the board. We have had this property since the 70's with no issue. They went behind my property in August and September and took pictures of tarp covered firewood stands. They sent a letter of false accusations of the tarps being in violation of HOA rules and regulations and threatened to impose fines. The wood has been covered with tarps for years. This is a community of campsites. Also 50% of the campsites are unmowed with dilapidated buildings and trailers with yards of all kinds of debris. We are made to feel oppressed and stalked by the management."
"Love icc bought a place here. Going to retire here. Quiet with old time values."
"Missed this place in a way. I know few people still live here. I lived here for 13+ years. Something's have changed but not as much as I remember or remembered."
"Bought a summer getaway house there in 2007 and after that our family bought one also and we all really love it. Kids cant wait until they can go there. Its almost 2h drove for us from NJ but its all worth it. Very affordable and every year it only gets better. Swimming pool has been upgraded to be more kids friendly, bath house was renovated, roads have some potholes after winter but they are taken cared of quickly. What can I saw we love it."
"I used to live here. It's pretty. Roads are very bumpy full of potholes. Not a good place if you don't like cold, ice or snow."
