"Nice quiet place...great managment"
"We moved to silver lake apartments almost a year ago and when we first moved in Freedman reality owned the apartments and the property management was amazing and any issues they would be out within 30 minutes of your call. In November the apartment complex was sold to new owners and it's just terrible i wouldn't even give a 1 star. At least twice a month we have NO hot water and when they come to fix it the water is extremely too hot or still cold. Trying to get ahold of someone is like pulling your own teeth out! Our kitchen sink has been leaking since January and their maintenance man came to look and said he had to order a new faucet well it's now April and no one ever came back. During the coldest nights in the winter the entire building lost heat until we called screaming due to the fact we have a infant and another child living here that's when hours later they sent someone with a small space heater until it was fixed a day later! They also must not run background checks on people who move in because the last month or so new people are moving in and all I can do is shake my head! This place is going to turn into the ghetto by the end of this summer and it's a shame because it WAS a nice place to live until it was sold. And if you decide you want to move here and have children please be careful while letting them walk in the grass and even yourself because again for the past month we found more than 20 drug needles all over around here! So save your 1,000 and find somewhere else to move"
