"I didn't want to give any stars, but it made me rate @ least one. I understand these times can be difficult/places are understaffed, but still no excuse for poor customer service! I want it known that the property manager for Coopersburg Apts. (Ginny Knight) was VERY unprofessional & rude! We're trying to find out if my mom's application is on file. Ginny NEVER returned a single phone call to my mom after she left @ least 2-3 messages! When I called on 12/15/21 & spoke with Ginny, no matter what I asked &/or said, all her responses were "I'm too busy, I don't have time!!!" She asked if my mom wants to submit another form (which doesn't make sense cuz that would bump her further on list)! She literally had the nerve to hang up on me, which leaves us with no answers, but definitely frustration!"
