"First off I wanna start by saying if you are booking through Airbnb please be very careful, Some host/homeowners charge the guest Fees that they should be paying for members. Once my family arrived & found out our registration was denied & we were not gonna be able to access the community, The ladies in the welcome center were so rude & disrespectful, The most unrealistic Situation I have ever been in, in my entire life, I will be calling corporate. It was Christmas weekend & They cancelled our registration for the gate passes when we got there because thesaid it was overlooked &should have been cancelled days before. If we had saw it was cancelled when it should have been obviously we would not have traveled 3 hours with 14 family members including our 97 year old grandmother. So there were 2 mistakes. 1 being the airbnb host/ homeowner who should have completed the form & paid her own fees instead of trying to get over & have us pay it. and 2nd mistake was the community for not noticing to cancel it 7days prior when we did it. So because of this our family was left stuck with no place to go & without any help from the community who did not care, or the host from airbnb. Luckily, after 3 hours and 7 airbnb representatives later, Airbnb found us another home 35 min away. Their was a security guard who came & helped us the best he could, He was so sweet and made sure we were comfortable."

"Nice and clean community! We came to visit our friends that they just bought a house there. Deers are walking all over the place. People are very friendly and kind."

"Our family loves this place ❤️. Great community and people are great. They have two very nice size lakes and 4 Beach areas. They also have multiple pool areas for those that don't enjoy the lake water. Island pool is a great spot to hang out."

"The entire Arrowhead Lake Community Team is composed of lovely, patient, helpful and understanding people. As an owner of a house in that community I couldn’t be happier with their service. That’s not the standard in the Poconos so very grateful for them."
