Brandywine River Hotel

"The place was very quaint, the service was beyond friendly from the young man working in the evening to the misses working in the morning. The rooms were beautiful and spacious and the beds and bedding were super comfy. Breakfast in the morning was nice and fresh and overall everything was fantastic. Def will stay there again."

"Love the feel of Brandywine River Hotel. It's the first place in a long time that I didn't have to leave due to laundry products used. The room was very comfortable. It has a peaceful vibe and clean bathrooms. Breakfast was just enough to get us up and going. Will be staying again for sure.."

"Comfortable accommodations, though the furnishings are a bit dated. There was no climate control in our room but we opened a window and that helped with the stuffiness. The bed was comfortable and there were extra blankets provided in the room. It’s conveniently located and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was clean and affordable, which was all I needed for a single night stay. I didn’t partake in the continental breakfast, but the dining room appeared well-stocked when I passed it during checkout."

"We went to this hotel to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. Everyone on the phone and in person were pleasant. They were also accommodating. We needed to check out a little later and they were able to let us without charging us extra. Bed extremely comfortable. What a great experience. I will definitely return. Also, walking distance from an Italian Restaurant that had delicious food, drinks and dessert."

"This hotel was fantastic. It was such a nice change from your typical big name hotels (Sheraton/Hilton/Marriott etc). Everyone working there was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were huge and very clean. Beds were comfy. The whole hotel was charming and a little quirky which we liked. Perfect location for hitting up the wineries in the area. We will definitely be back."
