"Walnut Crossing was the first apartment my Fiancée and I shared together, and we very much enjoyed our two years there. The quality of our unit was excellent and we appreciated the fresh paint and new carpets upon move-in. The storage space in our one-bedroom unit was significantly greater than any other complex in the area, and made it very comfortable for us to store our belongings. We loved having the fireplace during the winters and the porch during the summers. Although we never had any major issues, the office staff were always very responsive whenever we needed to reach out. Additionally, our maintenance requests were always addressed very quickly after submitting them. Lastly, we were pleasantly surprised by the proximity to many major stores and restaurants. Groceries, take out, auto parts, clothes, and downtown Royersford were no longer than a 10-minute drive away. I would highly recommend Walnut Crossing to anyone looking to move to the area."

"I went back on here to update my review after moving out 2 years living here. At first we were disappointed the first day we moved in because our whole apartment smelled like cigarettes. Maintenance came and sealed up anything in our apartment and it didn’t smell since. Never had any issues with our apartment or residents since living there. Everyone is really nice including the office staff. We are moving due to job relocation or else we would continue living here."
