"So I stayed here for a month,I always paid on time..when I moved in the room was nice also,it was in good condition,it was also in good condition when i left..after leaving here,i was told i would get my deposit back,it took these folks almost a month to keep leading me on about getting my security deposit back,terry told me just today"you messed up a rug"so your not getting your security deposit back,these folks made up a false claim,just so they didnt have to give me my security deposit back,also this place is riddled with drugs of all kinds.these people are incompetent,they should not own a business."

"This is the second time that I have stayed here. I am very comfortable here. The owner and the manager are 2 of the nicest people I have met in along time. I enjoy being here. The rooms are very clean, they have weekly cleaning, cable and security doors at the front and back entrances. The manager seems to have a knack for deciding on good people to stay here. I have never met another tenant that I haven't gotten along with on really good levels."
