"I lived here for 2 years and over all was satisfied with my apartment, the reason I left was, not only did I need a bigger space, they were trying to increase my rent and additional 250 from my starting rate. With a 100 increase my second lease renewal. This is a decently quiet neighborhood and although the parking lot gets full once 8pm comes along there is street parking. I felt is was a safe neighborhood. Not too much trouble with maintenance, besides a leaking problem under my sink which destroyed my stuff and didn’t get fixed for about a month. The last con is when I got my security deposit I received and itemized list of deductions, one being a cleaning fee of $175. I put my daughter in daycare and paid for her to be watched so I could clean that place spotlessly and followed everything on the list to be cleaned and they still took it out. They also deducted for damages that I know I didn’t do. So don’t bother cleaning your apartment when they leave because they’ll try and take every penny they can!"

"I lived here 2 years and when it shifted owners a lot of things changed i love the new landlord its so easy to communicate with him! very understanding with the good and the bad times and very caring workers he has i had a medical issue and was asked about 3 months later when i saw the repair guy how i was recovering, its the best place i have lived at."

"In the summer of 2019 the building was purchased by new owners that are committed to making Royersford Gardens Apartments well maintained and very attractive. (This is a tentative 5* if they make the investments, I'll revisit this location in September to see where things are.) I just toured the site and took pictures of a couple vacant apartments. (The manager allowed it.) GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD!"

"Take your real estate attorney with you before you even consider this place! 20 page lease agreement signs away all of your rights as a tenant. 'Variable' rent amount? Poor communication. Better yet, just avoid the disaster."
