Hilltop Apartments

"I love living here everybody in my lot gets along the kids are great and the maintenance and staff are absolutely wonderful they make sure they can accommodate anything we need and maintenance also is very professional and yet very down to earth at the same time it's a pleasure being a tenant here.The only thing I can say I might not like is the fact that our dumpster I feel should be at the end of the parking lot instead of you know right in our faces. Nothing wrong with walking and it would add more handicapped parking for the handicapped other than that it is a wonderful place and a wonderful neighborhood to be a part of. Thank you. One more thing the view is amazing you cannot get a view like this anywhere else in this area I feel like the view is to absolutely die for."

"I love living here been here 9 yrs the only thing I didn't like is they took out the screen doors I feel they added a type of extra security cause you could lock them"

"Clean,grounds are well kept and they are reasonably priced for the size of the unit, they also accept housing,the only negative is (the manager is a lying thief and a scam artist) she does not follow the landlord tenant laws or does he respect the rights of her tenant, she is ignorant and treats her tenants as such. she plays favorites and if they don't like you want you out She will be friendly to your face but behind your back the gears are turning. So If you want to live here bring your "A" game or walk on eggshells its your choice. GOOD LUCK. P.S. and no I am not an extenant or know somebody that is an extenant, I am going by what I have seen and what I have experienced and heard from present tenants."

"I love living in hilltop apartments it’s a lot of privacy, very nice neighbors-everyone gets along ,even the children…. Office staff and maintenance does a good job, always there when you need them. It’s been 4 years I moved from NC to PA and planning on staying in PA"

"Apartments are trash, people for themost part are decent but a decent amount of bad apples live there. Management changes constantly, so little to no long term consistency. The maintenance crew is pretty good, though. Pretty quick to get things fixed once reported."
