"I started looking here several months ago. Jeffery helped me and was awesome. The apartments are nice but…with so many negative reviews I won’t consider moving in here. Jeffrey has left this company and pretty sure the negatives became too overwhelming for him. I’ll probably move to J Creekside as I have friends that live there and love it! Weatherstone Flats: start caring about people and not the almighty dollar!!!"

"if i did not have to put a star i would not worst place in the world to live management does not respond when you email or leave messages hot water heater broke took a week to fix sent cleaning people there after we moved out to clean still charged 700$ for someone to come in and clean after we did would not recommend this place look at all other reviews and you will understand."

"Update I filed a complaint with the PA Department of State against Rose Valley Capital for finance abuse, staff stealing, inappropriate behaviors and incorrect over-billing. The PA Dept of State has been absolutely wonderful, has taken my complaint seriously and is currently investigating office staff and 100+ pieces of evidence I submitted. Rose Valley is an out of state company (based in New York) that purchased Weatherstone Flats from Hankin Group in summer of 2022 and seems to be trying to regain their cash purchase through fraudulent tactics on the residents of Chester county. Renters beware! Update 4/25/23 I have one review on Google - This one. Weatherstone staff are the harassers and bullies. I have submitted your response to the police. Update: Management charged me TWICE for rent in February 2023. They will ruin your finances here at Weatherstone Flats. Today I am out nearly $2K because they withdrew my rent on both 2/2 and 2/8 for the same bill. No word from management on yet another error. Still being charged incorrectly for utilities too. Since office management shared my information with business tenants - I have been bullied and stalked on LinkedIn by the owner of American Martial Arts Chester Springs here at Weatherstone Town Center; as well as threatened by his alias Isabela Jackson (see the positive 5 stars, which management commented on AFTER I let them know this alias was harassing me). Therefore, I had contacted the police so that this individual cannot further contact and harass me without legal consequences. Don’t rent here. ——— Do not recommend. Had to open a police report for missing packages; Weatherstone office is not interested in truly helping and admitted other residents are experiencing missing mail. They have cameras available. Weatherstone Flats was purchased by Rose Valley Capital - RV Weatherstone Apartments LLC a few months ago and it is a total mess since. Also was charged $500/month extra in July rent randomly despite having a leasing contract and no one returned my emails for weeks. Had to cancel auto- withdrawal for rent due to lack of trust. Only paying by check now. Office staff changes constantly and closes early, or doesn’t open at all, without notice. Spend one evening walking around and you will surely be stopped by at least one current resident with their horror story of the new Management at Weatherstone flats and their experience. Office staff gaslights you that it’s only your bad experience but it’s nearly every resident. Everyone’s moving out or already has since Rose Valley staff joined."

"Decent sized, fitness center, pet friendly, pool. Dont be fooled. Third management staff in less than two years. They are horrible to deal with. Just do your job. Make sure to check your statements well. You will be covercharged at some point. Buildings are poorly planned and constructed. Only the cheapest will do. Little to no sound control between floors and party walls. Poor leasing practices there is no rhyme or reason to placement. With multiple units to choose from. No planning or remedies for leasing issues. And no one returns your call anyway. Hope you like listening to your neighbors walk across those Pergo floors. Used to think this was a nice place. Now I think its just a place that is asking way more than its worth. Anyone know of an apartment for rent?"

"Geoffrey was amazing and super fantastic. He knew his stuff and all the details. My roommate and I had some really specific questions and he was able to answer all of them. He’s super kind and down to earth, but also very intelligent and personable. The apartments were especially clean and well maintained, and the tour went smoothly. We saw three different units and applied for one on sight. The gym and amenities are a huge plus, we’re looking forward to making this our new home. Shout out to Geoffrey for our tour - we wouldn’t be signing if it wasn’t for him."
