"This laundromat is so bad. The lady that picks up the phone is so rude she doesn’t help you at all. I don’t understand why someone is running a place if they don’t want to take phone calls get a new job or be nicer to people? I am done with this place and I hope everyone else will be to. Bec they don’t even clean the place this is definitely a hazard waiting to happen"

"Overall, I am very satisfied with my living situation at Oley Meadows. The grounds are maintained meticulously and my fellow tenants are respectful of everyone's quality of life. The only thing I am disappointed with is my request to have my stairwell painted due to damage caused by the independent contractor I hired to move my furniture in for me. I put in a service request for painting well over a year ago and I'm still waiting. I am running out of patience now."

"Laundromat is clean and large but it is a terrible place to go for us older folks. Technology has taken over and too complicated for some. Go back to the quarter system. It works a lot better."

"I absolutely loved this place!! This was my husband and i’s first apartment! Our landlord Wilma and her husband and also Regina was absolutely WONDERFUL!! Every time we had a question or concern, they were always so nice and came over quickly! My husband got a new job that was farther away so we had to move but other then that, we would of stayed! Anyone who is thinking about renting here, DO IT! It was such a quiet, beautiful area! Neighbors were so nice too! Especially winter time, when I had to leave at 3 or 4am for work, they were already out shoveling snow and it was already cleaned up!! Highly recommend this apartment complex!!!"

"This place is horrible!! The neighbors are inconsiderate they leave their dogs bark constantly, my one neighbor doesn’t even put her dog on a leash, just throws the dog out the back door, the other one puts the dog on a chain and hangs it out their back door as the dog comes over to my porch and scares my cat, I got piles of dog feces on both sides of my place constantly, this place should put residents with dogs in one area as not to bother others. It’s very irritating when neighbors are yelling and slamming doors at all hours and when questioned they say “oh sorry” but continue with the behavior. Ignorance is what I call it and laziness on management. Management/maintance is lacking as repairs take months to fix. If you do have an issue you have to wait days for even a call back. I would not recommend to anyone!!!! The laundromat is just as bad, half the machines don’t work and they are filthy!! Just a poorly run establishment all together"
