"Worst landlord/property management company. Charge way too much in rent for apartments that aren't nice at all. Laundry was broken for a month and they refused to buy a new one. Constantly had prospective buyers coming into our apartment which was very annoying after over 15 visits. The roof was leaking for months and it never got fixed for the whole year I lived there. And no matter how clean you leave the apartment, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK."
"I had a very positive experience living in Live In Bing's Centenary Street apartments while working in town for two years. The apartment overdelivered on value and my landlords were very helpful. The staff went out of there way multiple times to assist me with issues that I caused myself. They were even able to track down a misdelivered package for me and were extremely stand up and honest people. I highly recommend staying at one of their properties."
"The absolute worst landlord/property management company in bing next to Bearcat. They broke my lease several times. I wasn’t even able to move in until a month after my lease started. Claimed I went over on utilities by hundreds of dollars, but REFUSED to provide proof. Poorly maintained their property (garbage all over property, laundry broken, apartments outdated). They have poor communication - took them almost four months to get back to me initially about some issues I had. They WILL keep your security deposit, regardless of how well you’ve maintained the apartment."
