"Staff is extremely attentive and responsive to requests. Kacie, Mark, Pat, Harry, and the entire staff keep the property in excellent shape. The grounds have a large firepit and multiple seating areas with umbrellas and a high-end grilling area. Easy to have guests without having them in your apartment. The community room and gym are well appointed with top notch equipment and appliances, as well as great views of downtown binghamton and surrounding mountains. Would highly recommend staying here; but don't wait. The units are usually booked. Thanks All for making 50 Front a great experience during my stay in Binghamton."

"My wife and I have lived at 50 Front for over a year and we love our apartment. The building and grounds are well kept, and the neighbors are nice. Kacie and Mark, the property managers, Pat, Harry and Eric, the support staff are all great. They are always more than happy to help in anyway they can. The air conditioned parking garage is wonderful and outside parking is convenient. The apartments are modern and they have several different layouts to meet the needs of most. Cons: *it's a bit pricy but you get what you pay for. *The parking lot gate has been broken for too long and should have been replaced by now."

Everything is top notch from the amenities (monthly events, 24 hr fully equipped gym, community room with fireplace, pool table, full kitchen, TVs and games, spacious backyard with ample seating, gas fireplace, two backyard bbq kitchens and grills, and a spectacular tranquil view) to the kind and professional staff! Brandy the property manager is awesome, she is always kind, willing to address any concerns or questions, and here for residents! The maintenance team is on top of keeping the building clean, safe, secure, and in great condition!!! By far one of the best and safest places to live in the Binghamton area! Thank you 50 Front for the best almost 3 years of living!!!! ❤️"
