"They buy and sell food stamps, they discriminate, they have black mold, bed bugs, the rooms are drafty and dirty, they never have anything to clean, and sex offenders among other things. I've even seen albino cockroaches."

"DSS put me here a couple days ago and so far there's no issues other than the fact that there's no coffee I don't know what everybody else is talking about saying no roaches and other stuff and saying how bad this place is it's really not that bad and I'm very glad to call it home temporarily"

"Stay away. Bed bugs cockroaches it's loaded. Not really any stores nearby. Loud all the time. Cops in and out all day/night. Most of the people here are housed by dss and most staying here have some sort of drug problem. Rooms get broken into. No hot water at the del 2 if you get lucky you might get 10 minutes of hot water. Owner will complain about everything. Every single room smells like cigarette smoke. They dont clean the place well. There's a good chance someone has overdosed and died in the room you stay in. Everything including driving by this place screams stay away."
