"I live at 316 South 8th Street apartment 2 and the downstairs neighbor gets to behave however she wants is 10:34 at night right now and I can hear talking running and stomping but they try to justify it just because they got kids. Every time I try to call them I get a busy answer but when they try to call they get through to them. I have video evidence but they don't care about my video Evan is they only care about what everybody else has to say. I wouldn't recommend anybody rents from anybody a part of this"

"Do not rent from them They are unorganized, unprofessional and the buildings are run down. They do not pay back security deposits or civil judgements after it was awarded to the plaintiffs for their negligence and they are liars are give the run around and things will go missing from your home due to their behalf and they have no accountability ."

"This is probably the worst place you can ever come to rent!! I will NEVER in a million years recommend this place to anyone. The property is not up to par, there’s roaches, bed bugs, and mice infesting the area! Also I’ve walked in on maintenance sitting in my bathroom without my permission to entire my apartment. They’re supposed to give 24hrs notice which is written on the lease. We decided to move out instead of calling codes, we received our security deposit but the check looked fake and NO ONE will cash this check because the signature on it looks like a child scribbled on the page. This place is UNPROFESSIONAL and the people are extremely rude!!! They’re money hungry thieves. I wish I could give this post a negative review. But codes will be involved and a lawsuit will be coming their way from me!"

"I lived at 5828 e. 19th terr kcmo 64126 GreenVillage Townhomes. One night I came home from work and the Natural gas smell was so strong in that townhome I had to sit outside in order to breathe. I called the gas company and found out the stove was leaking gas so bad they had to shut my gas off, maintenance came out 3 or 4 times and each time they failed to properly repair the leak in the stove. There was not filter on my hot water tank. So for about a year the townhome was leaking carbon monoxide and gas vapors. After I moved they put an eviction on my record? I told these people I was moving due to dangerous living conditions..... Now they refuse to give me a copy of my lease. I will file a lawsuit. NEVER MOVE INTO ANY OF THESE PROPERTIES. YOU WILL DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I have been with this company for several years and so disappointed. New management sucks plain and simple. It takes them months to come out and do simple repairs. After a failed inspection almost a year ago I am still waiting on them to do the repairs... They are so quick to send out late notices, and when you ask to have them please do the repairs they will not. They send their staff to empty lots to fix to be rent ready instead of taking care of current ones... They do jot keep tenets. Before you rent here, ask them to speak to a few renters or go check out current renters they will tell you same thing. I live amount several of their renters and everyone hates TEH. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE AND RENT FROM THEM!!! The only thing good about them is the front desk and the maintenence guys that come out. The rest are rude and insensitive. They won't care you are pregnant. It took them over 2 months to come look at my fridge after the cord lite on fire, I had no fridge..."
