"Bad night service, the girl served me with a bad temper and without education. It's not my fault that I had a bad day there. When I got to my room, the hot air didn't work and I had to ask her to change my room and she refused. I told him that he would refund the money that I would go to another hotel so he looked for another room and threw the key on the counter. He didn't even give it to me in my hand, he just turned around and said "your new room... I don't know why." who hire these types of people."

"It was alright, with a little more research in the area and the options of hotels I believe that we would've gone with a different one. It was alright for the price. The locks on the doors were secure, we weren't bothered, the people at the front desk were super kind. Really the only downside other than just the area was our bathroom smelled raunchy from when we first checked in until we checked out lol. Other than that it was an okay experience."

"The property has been recently renovated and boasts a prime central location. The front desk managers were exceedingly courteous and exceptionally helpful. The room was impeccably clean, and the check-in and check-out processes were seamless. The check-in personnel demonstrated extensive knowledge and a willingness to assist with any issues. However, it's worth noting that the neighborhood appeared somewhat questionable, and the door locks didn't inspire much confidence. The rear door had a makeshift wooden fix, and the front door was lacking a proper latch. Noise from patrons exiting the hotel's bar was a minor issue, but the front desk promptly addressed the situation. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay."

"After staying there for 2 nights. I tried to give it another chance and stay there for one more night. The manager after I made a review. Put me on the do not rent list. And lied and said it was because I spoke nasty to the housekeeper Except for asking them for something in the hallway. Then took my money and never returned it for my room rented. Smh really my son and I had no where to go. Wrong on all aspects."

"After a six-hour drive to hear a band playing at Reverb, we arrived at this nice, conveniently placed Red Roof Inn. Once in for a night, Patrice was absolutely wonderful welcoming us and explaining what was available during our stay. Legends, the on-site bar, offered a great selection of food and drink. Tripp, the staff member behind the bar, was equally hospitable and worked the room. Pricing was good and the proximity to our concert venue was spot-on. Can't recommend enough!"
