"I lived there for eights years. I was able to live well and afford to pay my bills. If you need a place to stay that has all your bills wrapped up in basically two payments (rent and electric), this is the place for you. You’ll pay for phone and cable other than the two mentioned. It’s very affordable! The townhouses have full size washers and dryers. You will not find a better maintenance and office staff."

"Maintenance does halfway jobs. Never finish it correctly or in a timely manner. They're all to worried about who's going in and out of your house. They tried to tell me after renting for 7 years that my kids and grandkids were NOT allowed to visit my apartment because it was 'too small' nothing in my contract stated that! Office staff was very unprofessional when you report things. Paid for a parking spot due to health issues and people always parked in my spot and the office didn't care yet still expect me to pay for the spot I couldn't use. The last straw was when out of nowhere I had roaches in my apartment and my place was always clean!"

"I am so proud to call Shillington Commons home. From the beginning process Michele and Zaida have been very helpful with everything. I am coming up on 9 months of being free of cancer and living at the shillington commons is a brand new chapter in my life. Its very quiet here and they have a childs playground a picnic area with grills and 3 courts for volleyball and tennis. The laundry facility is convenient and its wonderful to have own parking space. I love my new home. Thank you Michele and Zaida for giving me this opportunity."

"Horrible, my car was stolen on the parking lot, called office to see if there was any cameras, they dont have any. Apartment hallways are very dirty, we have to clean them. You will end up with mice and cockroaches and your apartment, no matter how clean you keep it. You can hear EVERYTHING, some people play music at 1 am and when you complain to staff they say that nothing can be done. Rent goes up every year. You will also see cops around often, it's like living in reading. The only good thing about this place is the school district, the rent also goes up every year, we are counting the days until we move out."

"Worst place to rent I rent between 2017/18 rent to high $1015 for two bedroom is was not work it. ..management do not take care the property like it should.. .when something break they just make it look like it was fix..I HAVE THE ROOF LEAK FOR COUPLE TIMES FIRE ALARM GOING OFF AT 1 AM IN THE MORNING. BECAUSE ONLY THING THEY JUST PACH THE ROOF IN IT LESK AGAIN... PEOPLE ALWAYS FIGHTING,,LOUD MUSIC ,,,I THOUGHT I WAS LEAVING IN THE SUBURBS.....I. DNOT RECOMENT TO ANY WANT STAY AWAY ITS NOT WORK IT.."
