"This Dunkin sucks. Period. They ignored me for 30 minutes, came over and asked what I wanted, then left for 15 more minutes without ever taking my order. Horrible service."

"I work in the building and have been going there since it opened. Staff is usually efficient though I’m often waiting for my mobile order (I get a sandwich and munchkins usually and regularly have to wait for the munchkins). Major drawback is the hot chocolate machine is perpetually broken. As a non-coffee drinker, I miss out on the free beverage perks because it’s out of service."

"This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to! None of the workers are ever happy or helpful and they will randomly tell you they can't make certain orders. I asked for a cup of almond milk which should generally be one of the easiest things these folks will ever do during the workday. You literally take the lid off and pour the milk into a cup. The lady at the register said they don't do that and then proceeded to complain about her work. I would rather walk anywhere else to get coffee."

"Update:I previously gave this place 3 stars but after today's experience I had to change my rating. As stated below I've always struggled with the service. Additionally the people there have always seemed impatient, but today the lady serving me was flat out rude--she got my order wrong and I was trying to explain it to her but she started yelling at me and arguing so finally I had to just give in and take it the way it was so we wouldn't make a scene. The food is good but I struggle with the service at this location--they desperately need to update their self-order kiosks. I have had 2-3 occasions in the past few weeks where I have waited forever only to figure out my order wasn't being taken care of because the item I selected on the kiosk either wasn't actually on their menu or didn't show up on their tickets. each time someone either had to notice I was standing there for a long time or I had to go up and say something. Would be a good if they fixed this--until then word of advice, don't order on the kiosk especially if you're in a rush."
