"We’ve been going to Westminster Pediatrics for 4 years since my first daughter was born based on a recommendation. I’ve always been so happy with the care that is provided for my 3 children (4yo & 6mo twins) from front desk to exam room. Staff is super friendly, building is clean, and they’re pretty flexible with day of appointments and unexpected cancellations. The most important part is that my children are comfortable and getting great care, and that’s why I travel from PA to MD to go here."

"They are reprehensible. My daughters were patients there for 2 years and never actually seen by a physician once. Two weeks ago my oldest got sick and they told us to go to urgent care they were too short staffed. She then went to the emergency room a week later because the on-call doctor told us to take her. When we went to follow-up for an appointment that Monday my youngest got sick as well as my husband. Called them 2 hours before to cancel. Receptionist reassured us that it was okay and to call if they got sicker. Only to be completely blown away by getting a letter in the mail that Friday that they kicked my daughters out of their practice for not showing to their appointment. I was flabbergasted. I called monday morning and the receptionist said there was nothing she could do. I asked to talk with Ms. Beardsley who sent the letter to which she put me on hold and came back and said she was busy but was laughing when she said that Ms. Beardsley said that the decision is final. This was unreal. I have a 2 and 3 year old and it wasn't like I just didn't show up. It's unbelievable that a practice can be that ridiculous and uncaring I will tell anyone and everyone not to go there. Just a follow up...last week I received a call from them and a different receptionist was confirming my daughter's 2 year well visit. Taken aback I let her know tasked me what receptionist I spoke with and who told me that and I said I wasn't sure, and when I told her what had happened she said it was Kelsey and then she apologized and said they would get back to me. Only to have Kelsey the original rude receptionist from the first encounter to call me and inform me it was a mistake the appointment was cancelled for her well visit and we were still kicked out. I ASK IS THIS A JOKE. It's beyond any type of unprofessionalism and the fact that they can't get their stuff straight and keep contacting me is again utterly reprehensible. It's almost Christmas and no pediatricians are taking new patients and I need my daughter to get her shots, and these people want to play God. Unbelievable."

"Both of my children have been patients here since they were born and we love it here! Very friendly staff and physicians who are always willing to answer any questions I have! Never had a bad experience here in the past 8 years."

"Leaving this review because we were frankly so unhappy with the care here that we ended up switching to another practice. Three stars because front desk was friendly, waiting room seemed clean, the nurse phone line was relatively prompt in returning calls, and scheduling was accommodating for same day appointments. Issues: - Very difficult to get a well-check appointment, and they don’t have a wait list making it difficult to get in unless for a sick appointment. - Exam rooms were dark, a bit dated, which is fine - but they had toys in them which didn’t look like they were cleaned in between visits. Based on timing of symptoms I believe my son may have contracted adenovirus during a visit here, and in my opinion it is highly likely that it came from these toys. - The NP we saw did not seem very knowledgeable when answering my questions, rushed to incorrect diagnoses, and generally seemed rushed/didn’t take the time to listen. Like another reviewer, we also received an ultimately incorrect diagnosis of HFAM and our new ped was shocked given our child’s symptoms that they came to this conclusion. The NP was friendly with my child, but the quality care ended there. I did not leave any of the three appointments we had with this practitioner feeling confident in her assessments of my child. Ultimately, this is what led to our decision to switch practices."

"Jamie is AMAZING! Hands down the best pediatrician! She was in touch with me every step of the way when we found out my son may have some serious health issues. We love her so much, you can tell she does care about her patients. Dr. Beardsley has always been so sweet with my son and so helpful and the nurses and reception staff are so friendly and always able to fit us in or get us answers same day. My son loves going to the doctors even when he isn’t feeling well he still looks forward to it. We are SO lucky to have Jamie and so appreciative of her hard work as well as the office staffs hard work. I have been boasting to literally everyone about this office."
