"I would be extremely cautious to deal with this company. My brief experience with them in closing out my fathers insurance when he passed away has been horrendous. ACNB canceled home owners insurance previous to the sale of the house. The shear amount of calls to ACNB (Sharon Shaffer the apparent VP) to clear the issue that ACNB caused was ridiculous. Sharon's response was that this mistake was basically not ACNB fault and that her team do not make these types of errors. I would seriously consider finding another insurance carrier. ACNB should be ashamed to associate themselves with these people!"

"Longtime customers who has found out we have been getting ripped off by Russell insurance for over 10 years. Over 10 years without a single claim and once we needed them for a claim it was denied (Over $50k). We had 2 vehicles stolen from our dealership from inside our garage. Why else would a car dealer need insurance if you are not going to cover theft? We found out our carless agent (Brenda Dunn) who never had the decency to even visit our location, had been selling us a policy that wouldn't pay. Since this time I called another company and have far greater coverage for over $5K less a month. We will be filing a complaint with the Maryland insurance administration. If you are a new client I would highly recommend finding a company that cares more about their clients to understand their business rather then a faxed application once a year. If you are an old client I would highly recommended sitting down with another company to understand what is truly available for your company. These blood suckers only care about making money and not the health of their clients. Also not an ounce of sympathy from anyone in the company or even an apology. They truly just don't care."
