Moe's Southwest Grill

"Dirty and understaffed. One person running behind the counter while their coworker fussed with things to look busy but did nothing to really help. Was putting together a pickup order when we got there, and by the time he finished assembling that, we were the first of four parties in line at the counter waiting. Coworker still did nothing. Messes on the floor; salsa bar was slopped over; unwiped tables; out of basic supplies including cutlery."

"Arrived to this location around 5pm. The store had one other table of guests. The associate who helped us was friendly. I tried the new Buffalo Queso Tacos. They were delicious. They were messy, burning a good way. The prep counter could have used a wipe down and several of the items prepped were overflowing (filled pass the fill line) on the 1/3 pans. The salsa bar seemed neglected for a while and could have also used some TLC. None of the TVs were on, which were disappointing. The bathroom was clean and Coke Fountain machine had a nice variety of flavors. On the outside the shared parking lot could use a sweep but ample parking for the businesses that reside here."

"Moe's is fantastic. Their food is always fresh & delicious. They use natural foods, non GMO & there are so many items to add to your dish. I usually get the burrito. Fresh tortilla chips with every meal, plus a free salsa bar. The price is worth the quality of the food you are receiving. Highly recommended. Staff is great, too!"
