"Took forever to get waited on and they didn't have a black charger cord, the guys in the store seemed okay working with other customers and the other 2 ladies were working with one customer so I felt one of them could or should have said "may I help you"."

"T-Mobile, Unlock my device! I was a T-Mobile customer for 10 years. I brought 5 family members to T-Mobile and did not receive one Family&Friends anything. My service was recently suspended because of a bill I was unable to pay. Before I could pay the past due balance, another month's bill became due. I feel like I wasn't given enough time to pay before T-Mobile completely separated ties with me. My past due balance was due in addition to 2 of the 5 devices I hadn't paid off before my service was completely disconnected in less than a month. I'm not disputing the fact that I owe but how does my past due balance for service cause me to not be able to use devices that I've paid off prior to my suspension and termination??? That doesn't make any sense. Unlock my devices that I've paid off."

"The employee was rude and didn't appear to want to help. After discussing I wanted to transfer my data from an iPhone to my new android instead of explaining why it couldn't be done he just said "I can't transfer the data". I could tell he was frustrated and had zero customer service skills I stated I had my other Android phone that I upgraded from to the iPhone 2 weeks ago but due to a hardware issue I had to return and he said he'd transfer feom the other Android. He put the phones to transfer using a store cord, told me it would take an hour, to go home and I didn't need to wait there saying when the transfer was done it was complete. I asked him would the phone be able to use for calls and texts and he said yes, handed me the phones and said I was done. He rushed me out of the store and not assisting me to be sure there were no issues. I left, finished the transfer and the phone could not make cLls or texts saying it was not in network with tmobile. I then had to spend 3 hours on the phone with customer support only to find out there were now 2 SIM cards attached to the phone. Needless to say it's still not 100% resolved. They stink with customer service at the Glen Burnie store and screw up your phone."
