"The level of support at the store is excellent. Can't say enough good things about the store and the staff of this particular store. However, be careful purchasing a pellet stove insert from Costello's. The support of their headquarters is subpar at best. They've been hours late for installs, installed the wrong parts, and if you have any issues, they will slow roll you until your warranty period has ended and you'll be left with a product that does not work properly and is potentially dangerous to you and your family. Feel safe and secure purchasing your lawn and garden equipment here, but go elsewhere for any of your hearth needs."
