Very kind and friendly team. As a newcomer to Pittsburgh and a foreigner, communication hasn't been very smooth for me, but the office staff has been incredibly helpful. I am highly satisfied with The Washington At Chatham management team; they are very friendly and professional. You can always approach them on the first floor to discuss any issues, from 8AM- 5 PM."

"I've lived here since 2021 and I've had a great experience. I'm unfortunately moving for work... otherwise I would stay here forever. Here are my pros and cons: Pros: - Leasing office is super friendly. Josh and Donna are folks I wish every building had - Maintenance staff respond quickly - Security, especially Nate, L.A, and Ms. T are wonderful people and always make sure everyone is safe - Views are amazing - Private off-street level park (super safe, only ever seen 1 homeless person in 2 years and security was quick to have them leave) - Gym is great unless you're a world class body builder. Has smith machine, leg press, dumb bells, etc. All the basics. Lots of cardio equipment in other rooms too - Apartments are BEAUTIFUL. Great granite, wood floors, etc. - On-top of a parking garage - You're a stone's throw from a church, starbucks, dunkin, and PPG arena. - Trash chute in the hallway - Fiber Verizon access (plus internally wired for ethernet & cable) - 5 to 10 min walk from anywhere downtown - Floor to ceiling windows! - GREAT kitchen (tons of counter space, stainless steel appliances, gas stove... a Chef's dream) - A T-Stop is 30 yards away, great for going to North Shore games/bars. - They don't screw you with fees when you leave. Again, they're great folks. Cons: - The PPG arena during games and concerts.. good luck getting out of the parking garage - There aren't too many community events, but they're now under new management (Walnut Capital) so maybe that will change - Washer and dryer are on the small side, and the dryer is ventless, so they suck at drying in 1-run-- its more of a 2-3 run cycle - Walls are thin, but most people are respectful - Parking is on the pricey side (~$225/mo), BUT you do get a private level... which is useful during PPG games/events. This is also out of their control— blame the Chatham/garage owners. - Elevators are kind of jank, but do the job? - Event/amenities rooms aren't really used much - 60% of the people that use the gym don't clean the equipment properly, but that is mainly Hopefully this sways you in 1-direction or the other. It is so unfortunate that they were clearly "review-botted" early on. This place is a great place to live. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions."

"Highly recommend The Washington at Chatham. The apartments are beautiful. The management associates are always kind and on top of their game. The security officers in the lobby are very kind and helpful. The building itself is located in a great area."

"I was one of the first residents to move in and 3 years later I'm still here! That should say something! The view is amazing and the location is perfect. The apartment itself is gorgeous. Every high end feature you can think of and then some! Lastly, the staff is wonderful and they make you feel like family =)"

"Lived at Washington at Chatham for a little over an year before I moved out of the state. Loved and enjoyed my stay there, apartments are great, very modern and new with an amazing view. Leasing office and staff were very friendly and never had any issues. Work orders were always resolved within a few hours. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"
