"We went in back in November 2023, to add our kid to our plan. We had planned to just buy a new phone for myself, and give our kid the phone I already had. We had been told that there was a special of bogo up to $700. So we decided to just do that and pay the $130 difference up front. They said it would take about a month to be situated on our bill. Fast forward to yesterday, when we opened our bill and saw we are getting charged for both phones. When we called about it, we were told that the promotion was never applied to the transaction. They refused to make it right. We were sprint customers for years, then got stuck with T mobile after the merger. They didn't take long to screw us over."

"Came to the store to look at the possibility of upgrading my phone. The employees were busy helping other customers. No problem there, that's completely understandable. What I don't understand is, I wasn't even acknowledged while in the store. Again the employees were helping other people. The few people that walked in after me, which was about 10 minutes, were greeted promptly. I waited about another 5 minutes and just walked out. SMH...."
