"Do not rent from these people. They are some of the absolute worst landlords in the area and it is no secret. These people are dishonest, unresponsive, and overall sub par human beings. The apartments themselves are outdated and over priced; coming with the over bearing and bossy landlord (its probably just her way of saying "welcome to your new cell"). The dirt parking lot will ensure that you will never have a clean floor and always wondering where your rent money goes. Do yourself a favor, do not rent from Patty Smith or her daughter Bailey. As it is Patty, who really runs the place with her daughter Bailey, merely acting as a mouth piece for the very unpleasant and ornery old woman. Their Facebook Marketplace ads should do the community a service and come with a stark warning - BUYER BEWARE"
