"The floorboards are so thin, the ceiling makes a loud popping sound when our upstairs neighbor walks around and I can hear most things they’re doing. They have a dog that likes to run around a lot and when it does, it shakes our two bedrooms walls and floors. Even when the neighbor is walking around, it shakes our rooms, but not as much as the dog does. I’ve emailed the previous landlord about it and received no response. I think allowing neighbors to have large dogs on the top floors shouldn’t be allowed for this reason. It’s disturbing our peace in the early mornings before 10am and at night after 8pm."

"He fixed the toilet tank problem fine but removed faucet washers from bath and kitchen to get better water pressure and bathroom faucet water was splashing everywhere, I pulled washers from trash and put them back on."
