"This is a no-frills apartment building that’s right on the bus line and walking distance to the Bellevue business district and in a quiet residential neighborhood. Building management (Lobos) worked with me to secure a lease and make sure all is well with the apartment. Thanks AJ and everyone at Lobos!"

"Pictures speak for themselves. We came in to dead flies on the windowsill, cobwebs in the corners... that picture of the clorox wipe is what I cleaned off of the window upon moving in. The rest of the pictures are what we dealt with the entire time (i.e. mold, windows leaking, hot air escaping, electric bills over $200 a month). Upper Management is terrible, they treat you like you're a huge bother and inconvenience, even when living conditions are sub par. Lower Management (the people who show you the apartments initially and get you to sign off on all of their shady paperwork) are sure to leave the company within 6 months. We left this apartment when our roof started to leak."
