Northway Apartments

"The place is so-so. For the price, the apartments provide decent value. I lived in the 431 building for 1.5 years and during this time, the laundry room always had a broken machine or two. The elevator was very slow and useless since it didn't go to the basement. Living here was fine but moving out was bad. I left early and gave them notice that I would be leaving early. Not only did I lose my rent money since I had 3 weeks paid rent, but after I left, I was informed that the carpet was in bad condition. I took pictures before leaving and it was fine. However, the management charged me $400 for carpet cleaning which is outrageous (I did not have pets and kept the apartment clean). I felt cheated that they charged me this ridiculous amount despite being a good tenant, paying my dues on time, putting up with maintenance delays, broken laundry machines, and general inconvenience as mentioned by other reviewers (re: stairs, slippage, noise, etc.)"

"I lived here for a year, it was my best experience so far on renting apartment. The staff available 24/7 and 7/7 if you have an emergency they will be there. The lady from the office (Jennifer) very nice and efficient. It was a great experience living there and I would still be there if it wasn’t because I was moving to another state. The studio apartment I was renting was big and spacious here are couple pictures"

"I would have to say over all this is a very safe place to live. Very clean through the hallways. Terry and Jacob are always super helpful and very respectful. Our property manager Jennifer is always ontop of her games and very helpful about any questions we may ask her. Me and my family move here from KY a little over a year ago the welcome we have been granted by these staff here at Nrothway has been awesome. This a a great place to live if your starting a family or raising a family. Thank you"

"There is zero winter maintenance, you will whip out if not careful down the steps. Thats OK compared to the bugs! At any given time you can see mattresses outside covered in bed bugs. NO Precautions to protect other tenants are taken. I went to the office today to complain of the dozens of termites coming up in my bathroom floor. We were told it would be a week before someone can come and spay. So upsetting, and the hallways stink of dirty diapers and Indian food. It's cheap living, but you'll pay for it one way or another."
