"This place does NOT enforce the noise agreement signed at the beginning of move in. You’re neighbors can play music nightly, LOUDLY, for hours until the early morning (think 3am). Ive tried multiple times to work with the office and the only thing done is to give the noisy tenant warning emails to stop, and if it’s after office hours or no one’s there (it’s 3am of course no one in the office!) it’s not their problem and they advise you to just call the cops. They would rather you move to a completely new apartment in the complex than do anything about neighbors not following the rules."

"My S/O has been living at ARA for almost 3 yrs now. I got onto the lease a few months ago and any maintenance request made was answered promptly and professionally. The secretary in the leasing office is so kind and helpful when needed. There are options from 1, 2 & 3 BDRMs with 1 or 2 baths. Neighbors are kind and there’s a park nearby which is perfect for children. They keep the lawn looking great, landscapers come weekly in the summer and always at the same time. I’d recommend renting at Alder Ridge to anyone!"

"I lived in a one bedroom apt at Alder Ridge for the past 7 years and have loved it! The property managers were great and the maintenance would fix everything within a day or two of calling. The location was perfect!! I needed more space or I wouldn’t have moved out. My rent had gone up a total of $40 over seven years! You can’t beat that! Highly recommend!"

"Above average place. 2 bedroom with 2 baths and kitchen was $950 for patio level. Quite spacious. Staff was nice however their lunch breaks seem to vary in time. So normally around 11-2p the office would be closed. Maintenance wasn't the quickest but eventually they would come. There is a separate laundry facility everyone goes to (quarters only). The usual bugs came up in the apartment. The neighbors above us were extremely irritating and though the office was aware of it, they didn't seem to do anything about it. Other than that, it's a good place to live. The complex is confusing at first but once you know where you are, it becomes easier."
