"I would like to recognize Ann and Michelle at Greenbriar for the close attention that was given to maintenance that needed to be done for the last 2 years in my apartment. I am glad that now we have competent people working in our office."
"Moved in oct 2023 couldn’t be happier. Ann and kris are super nice and have been really welcoming. Apt is beautiful."
"RUN. I lived here for two years. The new manager came to my apartment yelling. She was rude and leaves notes under the door. She pounds on your door and walks in even if you're not present. She was upset I didn't immediately report that I had my new cat thr last month of my lease. She also leaves condescending notes under the door of my sister that lives there instead of emailing too. That is extremely unprofessional. She went to her apartment and started screaming at her and her boyfriend for being late on rent even though she wasn't even landlord at the time and they had already paid it off. The manager before her was extremely kind and patient. The apartments there are OK but the manager is awful."
"I currently live at the apartment so if I could give it a zero I would. All I can say is the apartments are ok. But management id horrible!! The old management was better. The attitude is something else not to mention the service. It takes them forever to respond and fix anything and they have NO emergency service on the weekends or after hours 4:30pm or 5pm depending if they even come to the office that day. ( first I have EVER heard of that) so basically you call the locksmith or the police if you are locked out or if anything is not working you have to pay out of your own pocket on weekends, or after hours or holidays, so keep that in mind. They have no generators so every little strong wing and your lights are out.The gym barely open on weekdays and never open on weekends we used to have a key or sometimes they would leave it open. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE . I can not wait for my lease to be over."
"Lived here 4 years and only good experiences. Maintenance responds in a day. Had a fridge die on me and got a replacement delivered the next day. Marginal inflation increases and a few times with none. Left due to a new job offer out of state."
