"Wonderful place to live, I have been here 20 years: I am very happy. Neighbors are nice and quiet, people respect others. I really like the manager, I may be partial… because she is my niece."
"I have lived here 25 years and I love it here. Kim who is the manager is wonderful and the maintenance staff especially Bill are exceptional"
"When moving into a new place have at least a 2,000 dollar cushion in case an illness or something comes up. The landlord will help as best they can but it’s on you if something happens. If your on the third floor expect to be paying 200 a month for electric if you are using the air conditioning. The views on the third Floor are alright. The neighbors are very sweet although people below will complain that your making to much noise just from walking. Just try to be respectful of those around you. There is an elevator which is nice especially if you have a hard time walking. The rent is still pretty high but it’s a good starting point for those just starting out there lives or for those going to college."
"I have just read the last review posted regarding the comment that stated the property management at Wellington One doesn't care about their tenants. I have to say that this comment couldn't be further from the truth. I've lived in this complex since 2013. During these years I've experienced job loss and most recently, fraud. While the financial hardship I've experienced have been by no fault of my own, they were also not the fault of the owner. This is a business, no one can live here for free. They have been understanding of the situation because I have been in contact with them. If you don't let a landlord know, how can you expect anything? Bottom line, the tenant problem is not the landlord's problem. I have experienced nothing but cooperation when I've had to reach out to them. These buildings are clean, well maintained and the neighbors are good people. This can't be said for all rental properties. Count yourself fortunate that you live here"
