"They let maintenance just walk in, they don’t fix the broken apartments even though I had sewage water coming through my ceiling multiple times, never fixed stuff they said they would and the owner/head guy max gross gives the most unprofessional, robotic, responses to serious situations."

The leasing office was also very understanding of my situation and compassionate towards me. And not to mention, I had an absolutely incredible neighbor that I will continue to keep in touch with. "My apartment has roaches in it and it’s been about 4 months of dealing with this problem Mary schrer has called exterminators multiply times but this has done nothing to help the problem there is still an infestation we found them in our fridge our bedroom and all over the apartment in general we where not offered another apartment to stay in we where left to stay in a roach infested apartment I called the health dept who confirmed the infestation after 4 months the infestation went from sever to a minor however it is still infested with roaches Mary multiply times said my apartment was livable and not infested (she lied) she even said she would rent it out with the roaches still in it and that I’m not entitled to get out of my lease even tho my apartment has roaches so we left and are waiting for a paper saying she will take us to court this place is terrible and please stay away at all costs"
