"I lived here several years ago from about 2018 to 2019. I honestly had a pretty… okay experience. Everything there is old and not updated besides the inside of the apartments. The landlord was always extremely nice to me, lenient on the one time I missed rent, and was always available when I requested him. The apartment are pretty nice, but you had to push for maintenance to come in to fix things. Only thing that happened to me (only 3 times) that always creeped me out was when I’d get home from a shift at 4 am and go to my bathroom, I would hear a faint blood curdling scream coming from the vent above me. My neighbors were extremely nice to me and even sad when I decided to move out."

"You better keep good records and all the papers they give you. They are not good with keeping figures straight. They tell you one thing then 3 to 4 weeks later it is totally different. oh yes, get everything in writing. There is no maintenance on site. some people can not get storage space not enough to go around. Just be careful. There was a security door broken from April 14 thru August 1, not sure if it is fix now. Everybody has a different rent, some apt. rent goes up 50.00 per month when others only get a 25.00 increase in the same year. They are nice till they get you to sign the lease telling you everything you want to hear. The windows are single pane not storm windows so you lise a lot of heat in the wintet and cooling in the summer. I believe that there is only 2 or 3 apts that have the good windows."
