"Was really excited to be a prospective tenant here but it’s been 3 days since I’ve viewed this apartment and have still yet to receive an application. There is no way sending an application should be this hard even if you guys are busy. Every apartment I have toured in the area either emailed me while I was still there or within 30 minutes of my tour. I was persistent with trying to get a hold of someone to get me one and explain the process but have realized if this is any indication of how requests of tenants are handled then it’s best I don’t rent here. As I entered the building I also heard a current tenant trying to get a hold of the woman that was giving me the tour say “I have asked 5 times for….” This was a red flag for me but the woman giving the tour was nice and I absolutely fell in love with the apartment so I ignored this. I also didn’t mind because I’m usually the tenant who asks for nothing so even when I see bad reviews regarding how management treats people I can look passed it because I probably won’t be speaking to them. My bf saw how upset I was because it shouldn’t be this difficult to get an application so he suggested I look into contacting whoever owns this company. Low and behold.. there are hundreds of 1 Star reviews regarding requests, management, and communication. It’s really too bad.. it’s the first apartment I’ve seen that I loved but the search continues! I would suggest if you tour here to have the application immediately sent to you because they are clearly not the most organized."
