"There 2 ways to look at a place like this, helpful but a trap!!! Once you get in, It's hard to get out! The systems built to take from you as you're trying to get on you're feet. Not help because the second you get a job you're bills go higher then you make. Being on disability rent varies due to how many people and bedrooms In the end only leaves you with a few hundred dollars to live off of. The system don't care if you can't afford toilet paper food or medicine They only care about getting there money no matter how ."

"You’ll have more issues with the person/ppl running the office then the ppl u live by &every new manager gets worse, &have no idea on what they’re doing. I’ve been here 15years never have I seen or heard of a manager needing an apartment up here smh she’s real ballzy & she causing more problems than she even knows, lowkey starting too miss the old ones from before & I thought they were terrible (new year edit lol it’s gotten worse with the new manager she’s clearly clueless in her occupation, she’s more illiterate then I thought I can’t even have a simple conversation or understanding with her without arguing it’s gotten so bad I have to record are interactions, I have multiple videos of audio recordings of her trying to take her anger & frustrations out on me just for me to walk out laughing, then sent a letter too everyone right after the situation basically notifying everyone about the incident & I’ve already told most ppl about it, but one thing I can say that makes me happier about living here atm is that nobody likes the new manager Gloria. I’m pretty sure. so I’m not alone or the only one but that’s not a surprise to me either & I’ve also got to the point we’re I don’t know what to do but hope god keeps blessing me &the people up here Tht deserve it, & that karma keeps taking care of the people I/we don’t care the waste the time out of are day on amen. &for the good residents that don’t bother nobody up here I hope you &your family have a happy, healthy life, besides the ones up here that like the bother & hate because they’re unhappy & the people that don’t need the apartment they’re living in &tht goes for some of my own fam/ppl but especially the manager who lives in a 3bedroom apt &her other house this her second apartment in 5 months & most people on the waiting list get told 2-3years a year the fastest"

"I am currently living here...no one is managing the office...there is only one or two maintanence men hereon any given day...nothing is really being maintained..i will be placing my rent into escrow untillthese issues are addressed..no one cares and I will be probably getting evicted illegally because of this post"

"we have a great place to live and a wonderful staff but if irm the owners need to get us new appliances but other than that our staff is awesome and work hard to keep up with our homes"
