"Neighbors let their pets use the bathroom in the hallways. People smoke inside their units, and the smells leak out into the hallways. Maintenance takes forever to repair anything."

"Lived there for 1.5 years. The place is old, run down and always smells. Nothing is ever clean. The only bright side is the maintenance. They are nice and try to fix things in a timely manner even though it seems they are not provided with the necessary things to do so, they try their best. There was a point in time my shower didn’t work for well over 2 months. Not only was this not a priority of the office team, they told me that because I had another half bath, they couldn’t accommodate anything, even though I couldn’t shower. They office NEVER answers the phone. You have to just randomly call and hope someone cares enough to pick up the phone. Even when they answer, they are barley any assistance and if they say they “will call you back” just go ahead and enjoy the rest of your week because you won’t be hearing from them. There is no consistency with the rent. Sometimes random charges appear then disappear. They don’t even understand the system. They try to force you to pay online because they don’t wanna go to the bank. If you try to pay online and don’t have your account hooked to their specific system, they charge like 8% to process the online payment. Again, the place is filthy. Holes in the ceilings, stains on the ceiling, and stained carpet in the halls. Always smelled like smoke, animal pee. Again the only good thing about this place was maintenance. Avoid this place. Avoid it at all costs."

"This place wasn’t too bad when I moved here but after 2018 things got worse starting with that new manager, she only care if you are late paying the rent, other than the they don’t give a f. Weeks ago there was this crazy guy with a BB gun shooting at the soda cans and scaring the residents, they reported him and she didn’t cared at all, now he is living here also! How nice this could be? I noticed more weird people are moving in and I can’t wait to move out this place! PS: laundry room are nasty because some residents don’t care about to clean up after their nasty hairy mess."

"I came in and stood there for almost 20 min in the office. Staff saw me and ignored me. Then I was greeted by a woman with attitude as is I was a bother being there. I was there to look at apartments. I told her im sorry I guess I was wrong to be there. I should have listened to my friend. She said they are rude and never fix anything when it needs it. Stay away. There are other better places I guess. Idk what their problem is but I hope they change"

"Been living HERE for over 6 years now and would love to have a washer and dryer installed into my apartment ASAP due to my disability. Hopefully sometime soon they will be so kind. Otherwise EVERYTHING else is wonderful"
