"Definitely the most obnoxious and rude staff I've ever encountered at an apartment complex. "Luxury" is b.s. everything in those apartments were built with cheap stuff from Lowe's. Don't wast your money."

"They wont provide you maintenance on time nor they care about community maintenance. Trash pick up is irregular, they knowingly miss many time. Except for view and calm atmosphere I would not recommend at all"

"Recent staff, especially Heather has been quite rude to us in recent days. Their maintenance is not great even if you see staff roaming around every day around your buildings, they dont arrive in time. Amenities maintenance has been PATHETIC. Water fountain in gym is broken since years but nobody cares to repair it. Staff only cares about money."

"I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with the staff and my apartment at Ventana Hills. I’ve been in my 1-bedroom for about 10 months and I love it. The area is lovely in all seasons and when the weather is nice, the community is always outside and there are kids running around playing. My dog loves the dog park and there’s tons of space for long walks. It’s well maintained and everyone is friendly. I would 100% stay a resident if I was going to be in the area long-term. The maintenance staff is wonderful as well and so prompt with any request. It’s definitely an affordable option with great amenities for the price!"

"My husband and I loved this apartment complex! The gate didn't always work, and our truck was broken into once when we accidentally left it unlocked. Otherwise, it was a quiet place to live with beautiful views and friendly neighbors. Staff was always pleasant to work with as well. We lived there for a year and a half and only had the one issue. It wasn't uncommon to see rabbits and deer also, with made it feel very serene and peaceful."
