"I have been here four years and mostly love it. Judy in the front office is always pleasant and the grounds and common areas are kept tidy and clean. Although an older complex they are constantly upgrading (new entrance windows/doors in common areas, rotating roof replacement and balcony repairs, etc) and the maintenance team is right there if there is an issue. EDIT: If you are considering moving in please be advised the changeover from heat to cold can take weeks and it ALWAYS involves lines being dug up and issues with broken pipes. The complex's heat/cold water heating system is just shot and they are constantly repairing over repairs. Also, you are liable for your heater/chiller and they are all getting up their in age where they are starting to need replaced. The local plumbing company has a monopoly on these and you will pay thousands when yours goes. Mine just went and no option other than their plumber to replace ($3,000). I have been here four years and this building (7) has had 2 ruptured pipes/leaks during changeover that has damaged apartments and those underneath them. Not a place to have a high homeowners insurance deducible."
"The maintenance at forest glen is ridiculous. They sit in a building all day and do nothing at all. Especially Chris, he is rude and lazy."

"This is a great place to live in Moon Township. The condos are all well kept as well as the grounds. The lady at the office is always kind and helpful. They have adequate trash service and maintenance stays on top of things. The only issue, which is the reason for the 4 stars, is in the winter, the snow plowing is horrendous. This place has a relatively steep HOA fee which is fine considering how well they keep it up most of the year, but snow plowing definitely needs to be addressed."
