"Went here for a conference, did not stay the night, meeting rooms only. Good location, easy to find. Staff was friendly and helpful in finding the meeting room location. Very clean."

"The stuff just smiles nice , but the in reality is lies has no end . I wasn't picked up from the airport after I called the front desk. The told me I will be picked up, was waiting almost an hour called back and they were telling me that the shuttle was there 2 times and the shuttle is not running after 11am ( at hotel is sign that shuttle running from 9am to 4pm). We were there 3 people at the door #8 that they told to wait there. So anyway I had to get an Uber to get to the hotel. Be careful with this place."

"Can't get much more convenient than this place! Staff were all amazing, and the rooms were very clean despite their age. There are signs up that they're renovating soon, too so looking forward to that! The breakfast was a step above normal continental breakfast and though we didn't get to try the full restaurant the space was nice and by breakfast quality I'm sure it would have been good. Definitely give this hotel a try! It is so close to the airport, too. One bummer is that the EV chargers didn't work while we were there, but that is a very small downside that only we experienced for being silly enough to rent an EV..."

"My review is about the restaurant in the lobby. I went to drop off my colleague (he had a room booked here, while I booked at another place). Warm welcome and friendly check-in at reception. To the left we found this small restaurant. It was at ~9PM, and very few people/guests were present. We took a table and the waiter asked us to pick it from the menu. Even after 15 to 20 minutes, nothing happened. Despite very few guests to attend, he was ignoring us. We tried reaching out a few times, and he would say, "I am with you shortly..." But that never happened. Both of us decided to eat our dinner elsewhere. Coming to seating and ambiance: it was a bit dark, not well lit. Ample and comfortable seats, though. Menu had fewer or very few vegetarian choices."

"I've stayed here multiple times. Pretty decent hotel. Food is overpriced, but also decent, same with drinks. Staff is always great. The Presidential Suite is in the top 2 largest Marriott owned hotel rooms in the greater Pittsburgh area."
