"We are having a great experience here. We got my mom an apartment. She is very excited to move in. The management has been very kind and professional. They communicate well. The property is very clean and the residents we have met have been very friendly. Her apartment is very nice and has a beautiful view of the river. Update - almost 9 months after moving in, Mom is still happy here. We love that they do regular pest control in the building. That there are lots of activities that happen throughout the month for everyone. The building has a little resale country store in it as well as a little library, art room, a bingo night and a little snack market. The location is close in walking distance to a McDonald's, a little grocery store and several other little shops. And then a 5 to 10 minute drive up the road. There are big stores like Walmart, Walgreens, Big lots, Aldi's, Dollar tree as well as many restaurants and other grocery stores. We absolutely love the location as much as we love the building, the management & the maintenance team."

"Would have given a higher rating, but the building is extremely out of date. It is in need of major repairs. I will say that the staff there are wonderful, and have many fun activities planned throughout the year!"

"Parking is horrible, Primarily because there's 3 visitor parking spots but staff always seems to have it filled 24 hours A-day. So if you are a delivery driver you either have to park in the firelane and risk getting towed or a resident parking spot and again risk getting towed."

"If your smart you will NOT move here!!! I have been here 1 & 1/2 months and have had my bathroom flooded twice because of their deplorable plumbing system. I've had the toilet back up countless times because you can't do dishes, use the garbage disposal or brush your teeth and wash your face or it will all come back up through your toilet. I have had had 4 back surgeries and all this constant mess is causing me extreme pain! I'm ready to move again."
