"My aunt moved into Hyland Hills apartments a few months ago. Shiane in the office was very helpful with all of my questions. I was worried about my aunt not being able to trash out but Shiane informed me that they were adding valet trash services, where they pick her trash up daily at my aunts front door. This started just this past week. The service is very accommodating! I’m happy that she chose to move here!"

"I just wanted to recognize Cleo from maintenance… he came in to fix a few things in my apartment and in his visit he showed nothing but professionalism and efficiency. He was very kind and took care of everything that needed fixed. Thank you Cleo!"

"I was toured the Hyland Hills community and I must say first and foremost the staff was very friendly, helpful and informative. They were to address all of my questions and concerns which was nice. I also love the available amenities. The pool will be great in the summertime with the kiddos! I also really liked that there was a 24hr gym which is convenient and will also cut costs on gym memberships. If you like outdoor sports such as basketball and tennis they have you covered and it’s awesome to know you have all of these options without even stepping off the property. I will definitely be following up."

"We toured this property a few weeks ago and the place was very well kept. The outside had a lot of amenities for the residents. The apartments are updated which I liked. Office personal was very friendly and gave us a coupon for a free meal off the food truck that was on the premises that day. Which they have different food trucks that come to the property periodically is what we was told so that’s a bonus. The area seems pretty nice as well."

"Just moved in about 3 weeks ago and here is my review so far: the apartment is spacious and for the most part clean. The shower was cracked and pieces of the wall were missing. the landscaping around the apartment could use some work as there is garbage and dead bugs all over. The swimming pool is large but could use an update. There is limited noise which is very nice when you have to get up early in the am. some of the appliances (fridge and stove) are very outdated. The water shuts off randomly sometimes with no warning so that is a bit disappointing. The main office has a gym and an entertainment room with lots of seating which is very nice. There is also a car cleaning station which I also thought was very helpful. There is a very run down tennis court near the entrance to complex. Very happy that this complex is located 3 minutes from the entrance to the fort Pitt tunnels making my commute pretty quick. Staff are very friendly and so far the residents are friendly as well. So far I would recommend living here as of right now. will update towards the end of our lease. update 9/30--> our fridge has been extremely loud and impairing our ability to work or use our living room because of how loud it is. Put in a maintenance request a week ago. No one has come. had to call maintenance 5 times and be very rude with them to come and fix THEIR fridge. Maintenance man came today. brought a new fridge. Dropped it down the stairs because he is only one of three maintenance people for the WHOLE APARTMENT COMPLEX. The management staff needs to hire more maintenance people because suffering for a week is ridiculous. DO BETTER MANAGEMENT STAFF."
